Live Day Login FAQ
Our live day events are super simple to attend. You'll be provided with a single link to click, enter your email address, and participate. There is no additional software to download - it's as easy as visiting a website.
There is a chat available in the online platform which you can either participate in or hide depending on your preference. There are also tabs available with links to download your digital swag, PD certificates, and handouts for each session.
Keep these tips handy to login on the day of the live conference event:

You may login via desktop, laptop, phone or tablet and there is no need to install any software.
CHECK YOUR CONNECTION! You'll want a high speed/ broadband connection if at all possible. The conference will work on a mobile device, but the best viewing experience will be on a high speed connection.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A PERSONAL DEVICE (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, etc) and not a school-issued device if possible. Some school-issued devices have security blocks that may prevent you from viewing the live event or on-demand website videos.
If you ARE using a school-based device, please ask your tech department to make sure that the following websites are unblocked for you:
** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LINK SENT TO YOUR EMAIL FOR THE LIVE DAY EVENT WILL NOT BE ACTIVE UNTIL 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE CONFERENCE AT 10AM ET.
