Accelerator Billing Information

How and when will you charge my credit card?

Upon purchase, we will immediately bill your credit card for one year's access to the Accelerator. Access auto-renews and we will bill your credit card on a yearly, recurring basis every 365 days until you cancel your subscription or your credit card expires.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The Accelerator is an annual membership, and you are entirely free to purchase and cancel at any time.

How do I stop the automatic billing on my credit card?

To stop automatic billing on your credit card, you can do one of three things:

Cancel your membership.

You can cancel at any time through your my account page. Billing will cease immediately upon cancellation.

Change your billing preferences to a different credit card.

We will stop billing your current card, and future billing will occur on your new card.

Switch to purchase order payments.

We do accept payments via purchase order. To pay via purchase order, you will need to contact us and ask to switch to the purchase order billing option. All purchase order billing is done annually, and your payment is due within 15 days of invoicing.

What if my credit card expires?

If your credit card expires, we will send you an email notification to update your credit card information. If you do not update your credit card information within one week of notification, you will lose access to the Accelerator until your card is updated and your membership is reinitiated.

What happens to my certificates if I cancel my Accelerator Membership?

You can cancel your Accelerator membership at any time from your My Account page. Once canceled, you will no longer have access to the Accelerator content, certificates, or platform.
