Can I share access with my team or staff?
No. Each conference, course, membership, or curriculum purchase is for one teacher only. If you'd like more than one teacher to have access to the purchase, you'll need to purchase additional registrations.
For example, if you have 5 first grade teachers who will be attending one of our conferences, you'll need to purchase 5 registrations. We do have group rates of 20% off for groups of 5 or more.
You may not share access information. If you do, the system will automatically detect the shared information and block you from accessing the system at all.
For curriculum users: if you are a grade-level teacher, you will want to purchase an individual teacher license. If you are a teacher who sees multiple grade levels (such as the art teacher, music teacher, guidance counselor, etc), you'll want to purchase the multi-grade license.
You may NOT purchase a multi-grade license to share with all the grade levels. Again, the system attaches each license to one teacher. As soon as you attempt to share the access, the system will block your access.
If you would like to share a single session from the conference, or a template/handout from a course, that's fine. Please just ensure that the watermark of The Institute remains on whatever you print. If you have questions about whether it's okay to share or not, it's always better to ask. Please just send us an email and we'll let you know if it's okay or not.
