Where is my login information?

Your login information for any  conference, course, membership, or curriculum  is automatically sent to the email address you entered at registration.  Please allow up to 5 minutes for that email to arrive to you.

If you don't see an email from us within 5 minutes, please double check your spam or junk mail folders.  Sometimes, our emails land in there because they contain your username and password for access.  If it was in one of those folder, please mark the email as safe and move it to your inbox.

If it's not in your spam or junk folder, the email may have hit a strong firewall that is preventing it from coming through.  Or, you may have accidentally entered a typo with your email address.  If that's the case, please email us and we'll resend your credentials to help you get access.
