Someone else registered me - how do I get in?

If someone else registered you for a conference, course, membership, or curriculum (typically a school secretary or administrator), your account may have been placed under their name. No worries! This happens all the time.  Just email us with either the receipt number or your school name and we'll look up that information for you and transfer the account if needed.
